Formed components and ASME tank heads
With a wide range of the size and thickness specifications for your required head, we have the capability to form heads in cold or hot processes. Our head-forming presses include 5 hydrulic presses, this allows us to handle a variety of project requirements. We have capacity to press heads up to 6 inches thick.

Spherical storage tanks
In Melter we constantly innovate, thanks to our capabilities, experience and knowledge in the pressure vessel the markets that we are involved, which we are now implementing in the formation of multiple sections in different segments for the manufacture of spherical pressure storage tanks.
These segments are part of a spherical storage tank spheres are used to store for liquids of gaseous materials, which offer an excellent internal stress distribution, which is recommended mainly to the Oil & Gas industry.
